Diplexers to combine a FTA signal and the signal from cable TV? 1 at the plate, the other before the Viewsat receiver? ?
Can anyone tell me if the following is correct: Since the FTA satellite dish to a switch then to a room Diseq. But then, from the same FTA satellite dish on the same switch Diseq a diplexer to combine the signal with a cable TV signal (in the same RG6 coaxial). In the final place of a receiver to receiver FTA Diplexer reversed. Is there a need to separate the signal from cable TV Diseq switch again to send the signal cable to the cable TV box? Or my Viewsat Ultra receiver splits the signal itself? More complex questions!
This is not easy, if you need the help of an installer, go here: The http://www.sathookup.com/satellite-network/free-to-air-satellite.php satellite has to go to the satellite in Diplexer after it has passed through the switch Diseq. Then take the analog cable line of cable box and carry it in the UHF Diplexer. Go back to the plate and then Diseq change, add another discriminator and single satellite line is connected to the satellite in the diplexer UHF and then run a coaxial cable line to desired cable ready tv. Tip: The male side only crossover must be connected directly through a single line.
