Fta Dual

Fta Dual
Are MtA and FtA Procedures Possible?

People are born male and female. Wither a person self identifies with their gender or not determines if a person is “normal” or a transsexual.

But what about androgynes? Is androgyny a form of “gender”? Do people self identify as being both masculine and feminine… is it possible for a person who is biologically really masculine or really feminine looking to have feminine or masculine tendencies?

Yes, so if a person wants to self identify and be treated in society as this “dual gender” do you think that they should be able to undergo a procedure (surgery or hormones?) in order to unite their inner with their outer identities?

Androgyny can be a form of gender, yes. However, like being cisgendered (regular gender identity) or transsexual, androgynous people are like that because that’s how they are and not because it’s some trendy thing to do. Androgyny, like transsexuality, does fall under the transgender umbrella. It is about how the person feels psychologically and not necessarily physically. People who are physically androgynous naturally are usually intersexed.

Androgynous people see themselves as a blend of male and female gender. They will express that by some of the clothes they wear, activities, etc. However, many are happy with their bodies and still live their life as their birth sex, although a little more colorfully than most. Some will have surgeries (think Marylin Manson) or take hormones to help their presentation though. It’s all a matter of what they prefer.
