What is the difference between fans inside and outside?
I have to put a fan standing outside for my dogs can stay cool. besides cable wet if raining, which is really the difference between a fan inside and outside? interiors are generally much cheaper and i plan on bringing in if I think it will rain. So I guess my real question is: Can I use an indoor fan out safely? Please Where I get an inexpensive external?
