I have a 4 month old male german shepherd puppy. He seems to be a bit of a worrier.?
When I take him for a walk, and it doesn’t matter where we go, whether it be around our neighborhood, or on a trail in the woods. He will eventually grab hold of the leash and try to pull me back home. If I coax him on a bit further, he will follow, but in protest, and when we do turn to go back home, he is like a bullet, like a horse heading back to the barn for food, Is this a common trait in a german shepherd pup, to be a little unsure??????????
Just a homebody I guess.
A pup is very curious about things but does find security in home.
Be patient – it will come around.
