Is there a tv tuner card with pvr that has hdmi inputs so I can go hdmi from Dishnetwork to the tuner card?
I would like to pass my dishnetwork hd receiver to my pc and then to a plasma tv using hdmi with all connections. Is this possible? The pc would act as a dvr (or pvr).
I believe you’re going to need to use the DVR that you can get through Dish. Your plans for piracy are dashed. 
That’s the reason they don’t have HDMI inputs on these kinds of cards. The industry won’t allow HD input into a recording device that doesn’t play ball with their rules on digital content management. Just get the Dish DVR…
