Where would my amp is at my house for my Cox cable?
I'm moving and Cox cable told me that all the computers to the new house including the amplifier, because I have cable in four rooms. I do not know if it is, and I do not want Definently to sit on the phone for 30 minutes again to get a response. HELP?
In general, you would not have an amplifier for a cable span house – unless the term is over 1000 feet of the Cox box the sidewalk (usually a green box about a foot high and six inches square) if you have a long run that the amplifier would be in the green box hanging from your area service (where telephone and power lines come in) use a wrench 7 / 16 socket to open the box. The amplifier will be a cable Splitter supply.
