Having heater fan problems?

i ahve an 98 buick regal. Wwe have replaced the fan motor,2 times replaced the reastat. replaced the grounding block. Some times the fan works most of the time it doesn,t. Now it has knocked out the cruise control and the DRL sensor.
We have taken it to three different mmechanics and they are stumped. One guy is saying it is the Ignition switch. I am lost. can someone give me an answer? Ask around I am desperate.

I would start by looking at the connections at the blower motor resistor AND rheostat…(you will see burnt or melted plastic)This is a High amp circuit and is prone to over heating…this creates poor connections and a intermittent condition. this is Not a uncommon problem and Most GM dealers will Stock Pigtails as a repair kit. I HIGHLY doubt that you DRL and Cruse are part of this problem as they are on completely different circuits. If you wear told this this might be why your mech. didn’t find a problem.

How can I block a specific website?

My daughter is based but somehow manages to sneak into a popular website. Is there any way for me to block the website? We have Windows XP.

There are two ways to do it. One of them is to go to the menu bar of your browser. Click Tools> Internet Options> Privacy> Sites Enter the name of the site and click the Block button. Click OK to exit. Another way is to edit the hosts file. If running Win XP, log on as administrator. open the next file. C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ drivers \ etc \ hosts put the following line in the file hosts: (insert the name of the site to be blocked here, adding 127.0.0.1 before each site to be blocked) 127.0.0.1 www.blockme.com save the file.
