Your chances are very good based on what you say here. There are a lot of things that go into admissions other than what you have listed above: recommendations, essays, etc. But you sound very strong. I am not quite sure why you insist on putting your weighted GPA. Weighted GPA’s are completely useless. The unweighted GPA is far more useful. However, you do give a class rank, which helps. On the other hand, the class rank you gave makes no sense. It would imply that your school has around 21,000 students, which is about four times larger than the largest school in the United States. So you must have made a mistake there. (Are you comparing yourself to everyone at your school? or did you mis-type it? or are you 15 out of 248?) But if you are in fact first in your class, then that is a good GPA.
So, not seeing your entire application, I would say you have a very good chance at getting into both schools.
