What workout should I do if I am very tall and thin?

I'm in my late teens and real tall and thin (very thin, I can not gain weight, but I can lose it super fast). I want to gain muscle, so we are not weak. I do not know what where to start. I have all the equipment you need in my basement and my mom is a workout fanatic (universal gym, dumbbells, BOSU ball, regular ball, mats, elliptical trainer, etc.) So What should I do?

Tall, thin guys are hot, do not worry. Seriously. Height and position of girls fall. :) But for a response I direct biceps show the quickest results. Get some dumbbell curls with a comfortable weight, a lot of repetitions. Eat lots of protein, butter + milk + peanut jelly. You could join the school track. With his height, you would be a great high jump, long jump, etc. Plus, their coach would be a country free personal trainer. He also remembers his mother might have some good advice …?

which exercises should i do to keep my legs long and lean?

what kind of exercises will make you longer and leaner? i have super long legs, like ballerina legs, and i’m scared if i start exercising that they will bulk up! i’ve heard horror stories about running and the elliptical machine doing that to women.

what kind of exercises burn lots of calories but keep you thin and slim? powerwalking? yoga?
btw i’m a 5′5″ 20 y.o. female

to work your legs but not make them too bulky… do some squats and my coach makes us jump ropes with right leg for a min than left leg than toe-to-toe and a half squat jump
