Is this antenna will work for my purpose?

I live in Vancouver BC, but I will spend some time at an aunts house in Tacoma, Washington. As I sit there I'd be able to see the Vancouver common in air television channels (CBC, CTV, GLOBAL …) Since Tacoma is about 200 kilometers (About 175mi) south of Vancouver was thinking of purchasing a Winegard HD8200U High Definition Platinum Series VHF / UHF TV antenna that I hope to see some channels Vancouver and improve TV reception in my aunt. MY QUESTION: Is it possible to use this antenna to pick up stations in Vancouver? if there is any way to watch TV channels Vancouver on a local pay-TV service?

> Is it possible to use this antenna to pick up stations vancouver? No. The antenna will not work at that distance.> Any way to view local TV channels Vancouver in a pay-TV service? Very unlikely. I think your only hope is to listen via Internet channels. Start by checking the websites of the stations you want to see if online sample flow. (Probably not) If you have Internet high speed, both in Vancouver and Tacoma, it would be possible to stream channels yourself. The best known way to do this is to have a "Slingbox" at the end issuer to a then view the channel to use a computer at the receiving end.

Healing Surge
I did a pull up 8 hrs after having blood drawn. extreme pain, not much better after 4 days. will this heal?

stupid me – forgot the lab tech said don’t lift anything heavy for a few days. That was Thursday. It’s now Sunday night and it doesn’t feel any better. Even turning a steering wheel is painful from my elbow pit down to my middle fingertip. What to do ? Will this heal? It goes from feeling numb, to feeling like my arm fell asleep, and I still can’t even lift a chair or small stack of plates w/o extreme surge of pain…

It sounds a lot like a pinched nerve. This is a common occurrence when your receive a shot or have blood drawn. The best explanation I have for you is a nerve was possibly pushed down closer to your brachioradialis (the “forearm” muscle) , and when you contracted that muscles whilst doing your pull up, the nerve was caught and pinched. My suggest would be to massage your forearm daily and do various arm and wrist extensions to stretch. I would say if you are still having problems after a week and a half to two weeks, go see your physician.
