Help! Recipe to cook for approx. 15-20 college kids?
I volunteered to cook a meal for a college fellowship at our church. It’s designed to bring the kids into a family environment, feed them a home-cooked meal, and fellowship.
I’m looking for a nice hearty recipe that preferably can be done up in a large casserole, crock pot, or stew-pot. I realize I may need to double or even triple, so feel free to give me recipes that feed smaller numbers, but just tell me how much it serves.
I appreciate your suggestions!
I know here at a Baptist fellowship once a month, they get the family size lasagnas or make spaghetti. Occasionally they have garlic toast and such… I cannot stress enough how much it doesn’t really matter to a college kid what they are being fed, because a change from any cafeteria I’ve ever eaten in is a welcome change. I don’t have the recipe either, but you may look at baked chicken spaghetti. It’s the bomb, and it’s fairly easy to make.
