I have a problem with the start of my car?
Hi I have a G35x 04 with a remote start system OEM. The remote start works fine when the car heated, but when it's cold it takes 2 tries to start. start my car with the key has a 2 or 3 seconds good too. Is there a problem with my starter? or battery? thanks
I would say that their fuel supply, have replaced the fuel filter and try again

Dish Network remote broken, it is possible that I have to schedule another DVR?
Hello, we own a DVR, but due to an unfortunate event recent and, in its remote has been broken. We bought a service where we have a picture, but still be able to use that box on two TVs, which comes with two remote controls that look the same (one with a green "1" tab at the lower and one with a blue "2" at the bottom of it) We broke the one with the "1" on it, which is the main control box. We wondered if we could set the "2" remote DVR, which not appear to be and how. The remote version: 6.0 IR / UHF Pro
If you take the battery door you will see a small key in the lower. One side is green "1" and the other is blue "2." I compared both the remote control and are the same except for this key. I know there are applications for the iPhone to come (Plaza Connect, for example) with universal remote capabilities. Do I have to offer "one-touch activity-based control" as the Logitech remote controls Harmony does? Is there anything Logitech planning?
In general, remote controls for things like TVs, stereos, cable boxes, etc. .. the use of IR (Infrared) to discuss the remote control device. The iphone has no infrared capability as far as I'm aware, and will probably not work to change your TV.

you should have given more info on the car. But I will say this if it is a fob no. What ever you do do not waste the time installing. You will run into problems later because you will have the factory wiring harness cut and spliced and if under warranty the dealer will void warranty. You will run into headaches later. I just bought a LG TV. and I want to use the remote from DirecTV to change the Input on the TV. Does anyone know the remote code ?
Assuming you have a greyish white remote control with a mode slider switch at the top, these are the instructions:
1. Move your mode switch to TV at the top of your remote
2. Press and hold both the MUTE and SELECT buttons at the same time. Continue to hold them until the green light by the mode switch flashes twice in a row.
3. Release the MUTE and SELECT and enter the following code: 960
4. You should see 2 more green flashes
5. Press your TV Input button to test it.
6. When you’ve confirmed it works, move your mode switch back to DirecTV.
The TV input button will now work while the mode switch is in DirecTV mode.

How do I install a universal remote to a comcast box?
I just bought a jumbo remote and I’m having trouble installing it to work with my comcast cable box. I followed the instructions and apparently I installed it correctly, but the only button that the comcast box will follow is the “0″ button.
Is it even possible to use another universal remote with a comcast box or do you have to use the remote they give you?
If the remote doesn’t have the codes for the box, you’re kind of out of luck. If it wasn’t in there when it was manufactured, your best bet might be to ask comcast for an older box. This would be a problem if you’re trying to use HD which would require a newer box. Having said that, I’ve been through three or four generations of Motorola boxes and so far they’ve all used the same I/R commands. You might want to try some of the other codes in the cable box category, just for kick. Nothing ventured nothing gained!

No, it will not work at all. His plate only receive the DirecTV signal, not over the air channels. To do that you need to get a standard antenna, either to ride on top your TV or on the roof. ETA: Even if you are searching for satellite signals that are free, your antenna will not work because of low noise blocker (LNB) which has its plate. They block out all the noise is not a DirecTV satellite.
