What is the difference when satellite beams are shown as either SPS or SRS?

FSS mean FSS and BSS satellite means Broadcasting Satellite Service, but the term direct broadcast satellite (DBS) is now more common. The difference is that a signal is distributed FSS freely throughout the area covered by the satellite (which is geostationary, which means that it remains the same location on Earth at all times), while a signal DBS may be received by a subscriber of commercial service provided.
