Level Meter
Level meter is not growing in Oblivion?

I have the regular version of Xbox 360 game. I recently reached level 20. After leveling until then, I realized that the meter that tells you how close you are to leveling up does not move. Still in the same place it was when the first level up. My skills have increased and I have been sleeping, but still not moving. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Yes, I had characters in the 70 + range, so do not worry any level limit. Just the level of primary capacity 10 times, then sleep, then level. Leveling skills class will not affect your no leveling at all. Try this page when you need help n some http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Main_Page

High Frequency
Why is the audio system have a high frequency range?

Some amplifiers have high quality audio frequency range up to 40 KHz say which is two times that nobody could hear, as you can handle perhaps 20 kHz at most. But I seem to recall that there is a real reason for building amplifier with these specifications. Something to do with harmonics, possibly. Someone has a good explanation?

Any team good audio quality is designed to operate at very low frequency range from DC to audible (above 20 kHz). The RF spectrum is not efficiently radiating to over 100 kHz. If an amplifier or transducer has a range from DC to, say about 40 kHz, has a wide audience through the plane "portion" of the spectrum and a wider overall dynamic.
