"I Spy" book hit me! Where's the whale?!?

"I Spy" ghost house (book) has a page called "Inventor's Workshop". I think it's in Ultimate Challenger too. Anyway, I have to know where the whale. Four of us we spent all night trying to find and can not. HELP PLEASE, if you have this book. Thanks! These books are very popular, therefore not uploaded a photo. If you not have the book, never mind. Thanks anyway for the interest and willingness to help. Correction: Book title is "Spooky Night", not "Spooky Mansion ". I found my problem, it turns out the book I was seeing was a smaller book with larger images of condensed and left the right side of Image, where he was and the block on the right of it. The mystery is finally solved. Thanks for your help.

It is to the right, see how tea as a cat, the right is a rectangular block of wood with a picture of a whale on it.

Is there a Tivo or PVR with a USB port to connect to the computer and upload the content recorded ANSWER PLEASE – are

TiVoToGo TiVo has that lets you transfer programs to your PC. You can use a USB device connected to WiFi if you have a wireless network or use a network device connected to the USB if you have the Ethernet network. For more information on the necessary software and network set up, go to the website TiVoToGo: http://www.tivo.com/4.9.4.1.asp For other DVRs, there an entire section on the Motorola web site about using FireWire (not USB) to transfer programs from a Motorola DVR, such as those used by Comcast to a PC with FireWire. http://broadband.motorola.com/dvr/news_faq. asp file # # http://broadband.motorola.com/dvr/news_faq.asp transfer_to_digital

How can I switch off the ticking in digital clocks, electronics in a 4×4cm box powered by one AA battery?

If it has a piezo-electric buzzer it could make a ticking noise. What you would need to do is remove the buzzer, measure the resistence, then replace it with a resistor that matches the measured resistance.

I need help and opinions on a PVR!?

I've been searching for centuries and can not find anything to help me! I am looking for a personal video recorder that: "I work with Austar, so you can pause, rewind, etc with Austar to copy recorded programs to DVD (+ or-) RW,-copy the program recorded on a USB port see on my computer. If someone could suggest a good device, or even a good brand of PVR, as I have absolutely no idea what to buy! If someone could help me While we appreciate that! Thanks if you can help: D!

You need more than one piece of equipment to do that. Would first have to contact Austar view is compatible with your computer in the way of a PVR. As for a USB output. The PVR is going to have a proprietary format and will not be compatible with your computer. Finally, it is difficult to copy a DVD movie.

Is there a way to directly transfer digital media from a camera to a USB jump drive without use of a PC/laptop

I really don’t have money to buy more flash memory for my digital camera and I will soon be taking a multiweek trip overseas where I most certainly will not have any access to a computer and will not be bringing one with me. I’m wondering if there is some easy inexpensive ($20 or less) portable solution for transferring a camera’s digital images directly to a USB type storage device or jump drive – ie without the use of a laptop or pc. Unfortunately, I like to keep many of the digital photos I’ve taken on my flash card permanently ‘protected’ so I can, via my digital camera’s display, share them with friends and relatives. This will probably lead to the memory space on my flashcard dwindling down to probably nothing well before my trip will be over. I’m hoping I can make use of the USB jump drive devices that I already have to store some of the new images that I will be snapping. Thanx for your responses.

A few ideas – 1) It is not wise to keep valuable photos on your flash card any longer than necessary – sometimes these cards just quit working. 2) In most civilized parts of the world you should be able to get your flash card downloaded to a CD or DVD inexpensively – some hotels will do it. 3)Consider the quality setting you are shooting at – it is amazing the different amount of pix you get at different quality settings – do not forget you can change this setting pix to pix if desired. 4) If this is the trip of a lifetime, or close to it, you should definitely have a back up flash card – just in case.
