What is the best way to tone my abs – as well as abdominal or an exercise ball?

I do not need to lose weight, but I would like my tone abdominals. I did hundreds of sit-ups in high school, and my stomach did not seem different to all my work. I've tried using a of those exercise balls, but it was too hard and hurt my neck and back. I would leave the floor, if possible. Ideas and experiences on best types of exercise or exercise equipment to use, anyone? Thank you!

So you want the corrugated abs – cool. Exercise for me was lying on the floor (back) while raising your arms above my head and my legs and my toes tapping. After 150 these take a break, then go again. These are called knives and a really good job. If you have a little energy to spare, do not neglect your parties turn right and left – after they relaxed jackknife. Keep up the good work! , -)

What is the best way to store a DVD, horizontal or vertical?

I was told not to store a DVD horizontal for too long (about 5 years).

Apart from audiophile recordings on DVD / CD's and LPs obviouosly not bother me with the way the DVD is stored. If you is really the intention of knowing, the recommended method of LP is used to being no more than 10 LP's stacked horizontally (use higher numbers to press the stack depth) vertical storage is not recommended because they tend to warp over long durations of storage. With DVD and CD, this problem is present but at a minimum. So no matter how stored. However, audiophile discs, I have been told that the best way is to store in a sleeve paper (that support the entire disc and not just the center, like the conventional case) and on a cell surface with no more than 25 albums. This problem was addressed by Pioneer and actually had a CD player PD-75 Élite containing cd head down on a cookie company to avoid deformation and vibrations while it spins. However, as this is a very minor problem with CD and DVD, most players (even high end) do not even think about it and play the discs fine. So – keep them as you wish, provided that the area is free of dust, "the extremes of temprature 'free and moisture free. I can keep my discs vertically in their original cases.

Perfect Vision
What goggles work in a person with perfect vision?

My eyes are very bad, and I always wonder what the opposite effect when people wear glasses. If you wear glasses, his vision is very blurry .. So is it by chance, leave to walk in my shoes? I wonder if a parallel relationship between the two instances. Considering that glasses correct my vision of his condition, the glasses with his vision for screwing it down to my own condition? in the same grade?

When people with perfect vision looking through his glasses, is not going to see exactly what you see without your glasses. If you are nearsighted, have glasses with concave lenses. If a person with normal vision, the places, the effect is similar to as if with vision, with eyes will accommodate so that the image in focus (as when one looks at a close object). If the lenses are not very strong or if the person is young and has a wide range of accommodation, which actually might be able to see through the glasses but things look smaller and farther away and could have headaches with continued use. They could also have trouble seeing near objects as could not have a sufficient range of accommodation to compensate completely. If you are farsighted, glasses have convex lenses. If a person with normal vision, try to use these, the effect is as if they are myopic. In this case, the accommodation does not help, such as accommodation only acts to in the eye lens more convex, not less, and the system already has the convex too. Depending on the strength of the glasses, you may find they have a better view closely, or at least can focus an object closer than before. This is the same principle as reading glasses or use a magnifying glass to get close to a real object and yet be able to concentrate on it.

Tool Kit
driving accross country in a volvo turbo 1994 wagon, want to make up a tool kit any suggestions?

its about 3000 miles round trip and although the car is in good shape something is bound to happen.i do have AAA,but would like to have some basics on hand.i don’t work on cars so i’m at a loss.its.my first volvo and i know they need a special mechanic so maybe i should include something that would never cross my mind?suggestions appreciated.or any tips on anything else that you found useful on a long trip i may not have thought of.thanks

several things to purchase would be a haynes manual a good set of metric 1/4 and 3/8 drive sockets and ratchets and extensions for both some screwdrivers and a decent pair of pliers and a set of metric combination end wrenches [sears "craftsmen" tool are always good quality and are reasonable]
next item would be a cheap air compressor that plugs into the ciggarete lighter and dont forget a mid level first aid kit
for spares : a water pump/belt a alternator belt and a thermostat and seal ring
while my list sounds excessive the inconvienance of a breakdown can be minimized if the proper tools parts and knowlage[in book form at least] is available
good luck have a safe “nonevent” trip
