Can you recommend a good small open wifi finder gadget?

It should be small, light, and if there are open networks available with a force of the signal.

I have linksys, it works pretty well.

Signal Strength
How can I improve the signal strength of my BT HomeHub?

After wasting much time I finally get to run my Hub wireless broadband, by restoring the center and lots of luck! However, I can not seem to get the signal above "very low" or "low". I delved into the BT site and tried to set the channels manually, but without success. The cube is sitting a foot away on my desk now so far isn't the problem and I've tried to remove all equipment such as cordless phones, speakers, etc. all nearby. I had the be withdrawn from the center and tried again last night, but the signal strength is still pants. Any help or other means to try would be greatly appreciated! Good luck dudes! To clarify, I had a desk upstairs, but had to lower it to install with the ethernet, and I will not bring to the table of monolith and all of the above so Ive got a reception quality of a foot!

Just use the ethernet connection is much easier since you have filed your system stairs. What is a cost that goes to the heart of one foot? And you will have the full force of the connection.

Income may be higher for the installation of a tenant of a commercial antenna on the roof?

My house, apartment has a commercial tenant (with a contract lease) who wants to install a satellite communications antenna lottery (about 4 feet by 4 feet in size) on the roof. Can I ask additional rent and consideration for this? What is a reasonable rent review?

I would not allow it. Its roof, his responsibility. Just Say No.

Directv Dual
Thinking about changing ABT DirecTV to Dish Network. Can I use the same receptors / TiVos?

I have two Hughes TiVo that I love, both with dual inputs. DirecTV is said in them, but I think they are only Hughes DVRs. Some sales person said network drive requires you to use their own receivers / DRV. Someone knows the answer true?

They are not interchangeable. you need a team of DISH Network. The 2 main reasons, in case you wonder why, are: Direct uses a variant of the plate, while MPEG2 used directly MPEG2 Videoguard DirecTV is protected while using Nagravision Dish

I keep losing my TV’s control. Can anyone help me?

I need help because I keep losing my remote control, and I have tried nearly everything (that doesn’t cost money) to keep it in one place. I always put my control on top of the TV, but my mom and cousins are always taking it and losing it. Any ideas as to how to keep it from getting lost? Also, I am NOT buying an universal RC or one of those remote control finder things (the ones that emit a signal)…
I have tried to put it inside my drawers/cabinet/whatever you want to call it, on the windowsill, ect..

Here is what my dad did, go out and buy a few peices of velcro and stick one to the remote and the other to the couch.Make it very clear to your family that when they are not using it then they need to put it back on to the velcro, every time the velcro loses traction, replace the strips. If that does not work and it is your remote then keep it in your room where only you can find it.Oh yeah and since you don’t wanna spend a lot of money, velcro is only like $2.00 for about 4 strips.Good Luck.
